Question Losing internet connection during large downloads!

Hi guys sorry first for my bad english, but i hope someone can help me

am getting this problem since i decided to install fiber optic (100MB), sometime internet works without problem, but sometime i notice when i start downloading like file with big large/big size, after few min, it show that download speed 0mo/sec (i use Internet Download manager), and in sametime when it show 0mo/sec, i tried to check if websites is working or its file problem, nothing work which mean internet is OFF but the problem here the internet light is always/still on, which i think its not ISP problem

the router i received is HUAWEI HG 8245H5.

for exemple today i tried to download game (7 gb size), internet drop in 20% of download then after 10 or 30 sec, internet back, and download resume and completed fine, idk why there is drop problem.

the thing i notice, when you try downloading larg size 7gb or even more with speed of 12.3MB/Sec, for long time, the whole internet will drop in few min after you start download (when you reach for exemple 1 or 2gb/7gb even if router light still ON (never been OFF) but as i said in top, when it drop, i always wait for few sec, then i can resume my download . but when i download file with small size like 200mb or 500 or 900, it didnt drop.

for ur question, i tried to download to HDD and another SSD NVME 2.0, both same problem.
download from, since i have uptobox premium i download from there with my max download speed.
