Losing preformance after overckloking.

I need some help..
I just oc my gpu (msi 980)
Fired up 3dmarj and saw 1000+ score gain next i tried heaven bencmark at the start i had 85+ frames so my highesg fps was 201 minimum fps was 32 i was very happy

Now 1 hour later i fired op heaven again no changes made whatsoever and i can only get 60fps in the begining even if i up the clock and volt still 60 on stock settings still 60.
Changing the mis back to stock results in the same score as when oc is applied

Did you turn V-Sync on either in the software or in your display or AMD Radeon Crimson settings? That will lock everything at 60fps.

Yup, sounds like VSync is on
