Question Losing signal on both monitors when gaming ?

Twice now in past couple of months I've been playing a game on my computer when both of my monitors lose signal. I can still hear what I was doing. When I got [press?] keys on the keyboard, I get the Windows error ding. I have to had reboot my PC. How can I figure out what caused this so I can keep from doing it again?

EVGA 3090 ti GPU

MSI AIO CPU cooler
Windows 11
