Question loss of graphics power

i have a nvidia RTX 2060 8GB, i7-8700k 8x2 gb ram 2666mhz, Z370-A PRO, Noctua NH D15, RM 750-X.

i have been gettng fewer frames then i usually get for a while now and im wondering how i know if i might have a faulty GPU or that its just not as good att gaming as when i bought it. i had around 144 fps in FH4 but it could go to like 130 sometimes but thats expected. But now i have been going down to like 90 quite frequently and i can not figure out why. any ideas?

On what Screen RESOLUTION are you playing games ? Have you tried to rollback the GPU drivers ? I assume you are on Windows 10 OS ? What's the GPU and CPU TEMP value while gaming ?

What all PC games are you actually playing, apart from FH4, which is Forza Horizon 4, right ?

i usually play car games and games like dying light and rust.
my cpu temps are att max 50-60 and like 30 idle
gpu temps are 40 idle and like 60 while gaming and loosing frames
i play on 1920x1080 most of the time and yes i have tried DDU to no success
i have tried to scan for malware and viruses using bitdefender and rougekiller

allso the GPU is almost allways att 99% in game and never goes under that
