Loss of Mouse pointer control

Hello,
Here is a summery of my issue, any help is much appreciated.

Every day just after I turn on or wake up my computer my mouse will start suddenly going to the edges or corners. It slowly gets worse till I no longer have control over my mouse. When I try to move the curser it will just whip wildly around then land back out of sight on an edge or just do nothing at all. I have updated all drivers and bios. I tried a clean install of all drivers and removed all older devices from my computer. tried 3 different mice. 2 wireless and one wired, 2 different brands. ive used 2 different virus scans (Norton, Spybot) they always find nothing.

Eventually it just kind of solves its self.. no idea how.. just after about 20 to 30 minutes it just starts working again.

Dust/grime on the sensor lens? Dust/dirt/grime inside the mouse? Optical sensor on a clear plastic/acrylic/glass surface? Dirty mousing surface?

Those are my guesses.

No dust, dirt or grime. Does the same thing with a brand new, just out of the box razer chroma as it does with my 6 month old logitech. Mouse pad has worked for years. I recently washed it. Tried every usb port as well.
