Hi, weird repetative issue, that im struggling to debug.

When gaming (but not always) my monitor loses its signal. The CPU fan is still spinning and the PC power light is still lit. However the only way to get the PC usuable again is to power it off and reboot.

Nothing in the event viewer that looks weird and have never had any temprature issues.

I have an AMD ryzen 1600, NV 1060GTX, AB350m Pro mobo and 8gb of RAM. System has been fine till recently.

Also, one more issue, if i use the option to "restart" the PC from the start menu, it goes into the same state mentioned above - screen no signal, CPU on, etc..

Ive tried changing the PSU with a higher powered unit and still had same issue, so wondering if its the mobo, gfx card or some windows issue.

I wish I had some way of logging whats going on while it happens, there's no memory dump file created...

This is typical of a heat and/or power issue. What is the make/model of your power supply (PSU)?

Also, are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)? If so, stop and revert to stock speeds until you know the system is stable.

Not easily. You could swap it out.

Is your motherboard BIOS running the most current version?
The latest available for the chipset i think. Is there no way to increase level of logging in windows? Of is the event viewer the only option?
