So I used to have 16 GB ram until 8 gb got toasted and roasted for some reason and I wish to change it.I had x2 Goodram GY2133D464L15/8G 8GB DDR4 2133 MHz and now I am wondering if I could use a GOODRAM 16GB DDR4 2133MHz and have this dual channeled with the 8 GB, would it work and I'd have 24GB RAM?

First off it's always funny to see these good ram brand ram breaking...

But to answer your question. It's possible it will work together and give you 24gb ram, anytime you add ram to a build it may not work together even if it's the exact same model.

It most certainly won't work in dual channel as it requires it to be the same size

It came with my prebuild PC, that doesn't have a very good motherboard and I wasn't documented at that time
