Lost Admin/permissions& Sound

Let me start by saying I got a virus on my Toshiba Satellite 2 days ago, running windows 7 home premium & I've had problems since. I've cleaned all the viruses off & the 1st problem I noticed was no sound & from trying to get that back to working I found out my administrator permission has been changed to special & not full control any longer. How? It still says administrator for my profile, & in safe mode I can run apps like malwarebytes but I cannot in normal mode. For 2 whole days plus I've tried to figure out 1st how to get the sound back to working properly & this Admin issue.
I've tried everything. In safe mode I've done SFC/Scannow 10 times, CHKDSK I've done it also. When in CMD prompt I try for the hidden admin account I type (net user administrator /active:yes) & before I hit enter, NET COMMAND has stopped working window pops up & I could not find anything on the web to help me out with Net Command stopped working. UAC, I cant even open, when I click on it nothing happens. I cannot get into Computer properties when I right click it, I cant make a new account,I cant manage the current profiles. only thing i can do is change picture & password, I cant even change my name. I'm lost.

Getting the sound to work has been a bigger head scratch. Some of the things I tried for the sound. Device Manager is Blank, From services the Plug & Play wont start, Windows Audio wont start both are set to automatic start also. Ive tried plenty of solutions but with admin problems it makes getting the sound back hard. My wireless icon is gone its a Ethernet icon now. My Network & sharing wont open, all the trouble shooting in windows dont work either they stop soon as i hit enter & to think everything was working fine 2 days ago. I have tried even more stuff I cant think of at the moment but it's crazy to me that everything I'm having a problem with was just fine.. can anyone help if I'm understandable.. TY

We can't help with password. authorizations, and access problems. Maybe your dealer or Toshiba can help

Have you tried a system restore? If not, your only option is reformat.

At 1st System Restore got stuck at the logging off & initializing the restore but it never would finish, it wouldn't complete. Now System Restore says Security Structure ID is Invalid. I have blue & yellow shield on everything now & I don't understand how that happen. I cant get UAC to open up. Most things do open up in safemode, not UAC, but things like services & malewarebytes open in SM but nothing opens in normal mode that has a shield, I get the Structure ID message. Why wont the computer at least ask me for an admin password instead of this message that I never seen before in 2 years of having this computer?

If none of that works, reformat looks to be your only real option.
