Lost Administrator rights, Windows 10

Hey, this morning I tried uninstalling something and it said that I needed to be administrator.
Here's a screenshot of me trying to run command prompt as admin
^There isn't a 'yes' option.

Is there any way to get admin back?
I can't change my account type to admin either.

You'll actually have to log in as the Administrator account instead of your usual user and fix the other user's access.
