I did a factory restore on my Note 4. Before i did this I checked and made sure that my contacts are being synced with gmail. I resynced them and did the restore. When the phone turned on i logged into my gmail account but i have no contacts in my phone. When i look at the contacts on gmail.com, there is nothing there. Can someone please help me?

Solution
It looks like Google may have re-synced contacts on your phone (ie zero contacts) with your Google account after the factory restore was completed. If that's the case I cannot help you, they are gone.

I always save my phone contacts on my computer using the phone's backup software for PC, as well as on Google, that way if one screws up I still have a backup.

I got really lucky because i found an old phone with all the contacts still on it. I just went to verizon and they transfered it over themselves.
