Lost click sound when installing

Hi guys, just a quick question. For some reason when i install my memory it doesn't make a click sound anymore. So I am not sure if I'm installing it right, and how much pressure can i put on the ram slot to damage it?

Use enough pressure so that the clips lock themselves on

not even sure if it is locked in 🙁 no sound when i press it in. Well anyways the computer recognized it so i guess it's okay thanks!
