Lost desktop icons

Hello,
ive lost my desktop icons and toolbar, i cant right click or restore to a previous date? is there anything else i can do?

Does this occur on every boot? Have you tried using windows+R or ctrl+alt+del and file>run and type explorer to restart windows explorer?

hey,
yeah it happens every time, i tried explorer on task manager but it opens up my documents. cant figure it out at all.
