Lost email help

Hi,I've got W-10
my email icon when I click on it in the desktop goes to task bar and when I click on
it there it shows the little picture of my email(wildblue) but when I click on it it should go
to maximum or full desktop. I've tried unhide.exe and restored my computer to an earlier date
and none of that helped. Also my google chrome did the same thing so I took that out of my
programs & features. Now i'm left without my email.
Help would be appreciated

wildblue but is with exede now
