Lost motherboard cd

I had a dual boot windows and ubuntu system...
The ubuntu broke during update so i removed the partition.
As such i believe some important boot files were removed.
My computer wont boot anymore after the bios screen and it is showing kernel panoc and table mismatch.
I believe i can reset my motherboard with the intel cd which i have lost. Is there any other way or can i make the cd.

I have intel i3 540 processor.

You probably need the Windows CD not the motherboard CD.

I have the ubuntu iso file but its also showinf the kernel panic.

Without any cd or usb it is entering grub rescue mode
