Lost my windows CD key but still got the outer layer

Hello! I have been unfortunate for a very long time now.
When I bought my windows 7, it came with 3 components : The CD, the plastic cover and the outer paper-like cover.

I have lost the plastic cover which the cd key was written on, but I still have the paper-like cover and the CD which has a lot of information.

How to get the CDKEY back?
