Hi guys
Im with a very weird situation on my Desktop.
It is composed by:

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA 990fxa ud3 rev 3.0
CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 965 (currently at 4.0 gHz)
GPU - Zotac GTX 2GB
RAM- 8GB Kingston DDR3 1600Mhz
PSU - Nox NX 650w
COOLER- Nox Hummer h-240cl
HDD - 1st Kingston A400 120gb, 2nd ADATA SU650 240gb

My PC was conected to my monitor, a LG ultrawide 25inch, which has also a XBOX pluged into it, I noticed that 2 of the exhaust fans where allways spinning due to the voltage of HDMI, so my PC was stopped for a couple of weeks due to lack of time mainly because of my job, I mainly play Warframe, when I turned it on again I noticed that my performance had decreased a lot, plenty of FPS drops (even in lowest graphics settings), always flickering and stoping, tried to re-install the game, clear game caches, free up some space on disks and nothing helped, even tried to factory reset but at some point my windows dont let me to do it... what it could be? It has been a real pain in the ass to get it rolling the same FPS it used to run.
I would apreciate a lot if someone could help me.

Solution
Try to run OCCT or similar and see if temperatures goes too high.

Also bear in mind that mainboard model is about 7 years since release, and the issue may be due to aging.
