Lost of specs

Hey I'm first time poster here and want to ask a question on server hardware specs as I've do not know a lot about server specs. The scope of the size the network that there servers will be on with a mid sized office network

Here are the tasks that I want to run, can anyone break it down in to what hardware i would need to get to provide such services.

To be used with up to 1500 users
DNS/DHCP
Directory service
E Mail
Web

To be used with up to 300 users as these are intended to departmental services
File and Print
E Mail
Web

The hardware needed will greatly depend on your choice in server software.
