Question Lost password, dead phone and email, for windows 10 locked out.

Hi, built dad pc awhile back, used my landline phone and made him a email account and password. He lost email and password and my landline phone can't receive text for password reset. what can I do, so he can do, so he does not have to bring it to my home for me to figure out. thx for reply

Sorry, but Forum rules preclude assisting with lost passwords.
Might be time for a full wipe and reinstall.
