Lost password of my main user

I created a password yesterday because it's my computer and left an open Guest account for my family members. How can I recover it? I tried placing cmd.exe named as sethc.exe but it asks me for permission. everything needs permission. Any way to recover it?

So you only have one administrative user account (the one you can't remember PW for), and a guest account? If that's the case I'd say you'll probably have to reinstall again

Yes that's it. Others say the solution is to boot into Windows Recovery Disc but I have no mouse and keyboard when I boot from Windows 7 disc.
