Lost password to superuser

[Root of problem]

I hid one of my sub user with regedit and and forgot the password to my super user. I tried to recover the password using command prompt of the hidden user from login screen, but when I type in "net user" there's only administrator and guest. I don't have a USB flash drive to reset it either... Help?

If you have access to another administrator account you can use that, but if not it's time for a reformat.
