Question Lost Password :/

Hey all,

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a friend's laptop here (I think it's Windows 8/8.1), they have forgotten their password and asked me to help. I can usually find a free Password removal tool, but after over an hour of searching, all I came across were those you have to buy.

Does anyone know for a free tool I could use, please? Preferably something that can be mounted on a USB pen drive.
