Lost phone, google has no options to remove the device.

So I lost my phone a few months ago, which I was sure that it was dead because it was raining all day. Then recently, the phone has activities on google again.

I tried to remove the phone from the devices' list, but there wasn't even a button to control the phone. Help?

I think there is an option to "log out all active devices" or something like that. Go to your gmail account options and look for "active logins"

Ok, I actually kind of tried that one, but somehow I can't find it there.
Now that I've deleted this Google account and made another one, this shouldn't be a problem anymore.
