Lost raid SSD settings. Only windows 7 cd

So, yesterday when I was changing the case for my computer the BIOS lost all settings as well as the Raid settings I had for Windows. Therefor Windows doesnt start anymore.

I need to reinstall Windows again.
Problem is I only have the Windows 7 cd and I upgraded to Windows 10 this summer.

How do I do to get Windows 10 again? Will I get an upurtunity to upgrade to 10 again after Windows 7 is installed?

Download Win 10 from Microsoft.
