Lost remote control for my computer and can no longer access settings.

S, I lost my remote control for my Gateway ZX6961
and now I can't go t settings.
I'm trying to make it my primary monitor for my desktop, and to do this I need settings.
Any help would be great, thanks!

By remote control, do you mean, the same sort of infrared remote control device that you would use on a television set?

Provided you are using Windows 7 and have a mouse plugged in, using your computer's mouse, you should be able to single right-mouse click on a blank portion of the Windows Desktop and choose "Screen resolution" from the context menu. From there you should have the option for choosing a primary screen.

Yes, remote control; but my goal is to use my All-in-One as my primary monitor for a separate desktop.
If it helps I have both HDMI and VGA.

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you are merely trying to use the computer as a display, or screen, for a different computer.

While this may be possible, I'm not sure it's possible without the remote control.

I would contact Gateway Support and ask them if a replacement remote control is available:

It may be possible that you could use a universal remote control to run the LCD panel portion of the computer, but I have no idea what make or model of remote you would need for that. If you knew the model of the remote control, it may possibly be offered for sale somewhere online.
