Lost screws for PC

Hello! I have lost the screws to my DIYPC MA-01G case. Are there alternative screws I can buy to solve this problem? Thanks!

I lost some screws to I ended up bringing my case to a local PC shop where I was able to buy screws that fit for cheap.

Would Best Buy be okay for buying those screws? I live in a small town and I don't have a Fry's or Microcenter near me

BB might have them but I got mine from this small mom & pop type PC store. Depending on the screw type you may even find them at a hardware store.

Yep, just go to the hardware store. The most common two screws for PCs are:
coarse thread is #6-32 UNC (that means 32 threads per inch)
fine thread is metric M3 with 0.5mm pitch
