1) I have not done this option. I used the Control Panel to create an
identical user account.
2) I didn't find my previous account name with red cross, I found the same
name enabled but not sure it was my previous account or this newly created
account.
3) I found my previous account name under Documents and Settings. How do I
make use of this ?
