Lost Video on the Screen

I built my own computer with parts that I bought from www.newegg.com. After 5 months running fine the screen start losing video in about 15 - 20 minutes running.
Here are my list of my computer parts:

5. G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

6. GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P AM3 DDR3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

and the HPw1707 screen.

right? how much do you spend for this psu?

It has 4x 12V rails, try different 6pin power connector for your 9800GT:

Also check the card temps, this card is a single slot card which is produce a lot amount of heat easily, it could be an overheating...
