Hey, I just got this printer about a week ago discounted as a factory return (returned within 30 days may be broken or missing parts.) But mine was not missing any parts, and seems to work fine! However, software and support has been a pain. I haven't been able to get on the lotmaxx website until I tried using a VPN, and then I was allowed? After navigating that, I downloaded the slicing software for PC and Mac. The Mac version is just Cura 4 and the windows is a lightly skinned version of that. The problem is there is no profile for the V3, which means no dual extrusion setup. I emailed support a few days ago, but haven't got a reply. I have just been using the shark V1 settings and using a single extruder. If there is something I am missing or a work around you know about to get 2 color printing with a different profile or something?
