Hi,
So I am installing the expantion pack for the battle for middle earth and the installer stops at 31%, where a problem occures. it says: "A problem ocured when trying to transfer the file 'E:\\Support\Europe Help Files\Da\whdata' from the media"
Its not only this file but many other too. I have two options: try again or cancel the installation.

The game is original with key.

Can someone please help me.

Could be a bad disk, did you check it to make sure it's clean and not scratched? Contact support for the game for another disk or see if you can download it with the key.

How can I download the game with only the key?

How can I download the game with only the key?

Usually whoever made the game would have the download. If it's available on Steam you can also check there.
