I did a fresh install of windows 10 and a few weeks later i'm having a bunch of issues i cant fix on my own. There are multiple different types of errors and warnings in event log, some about my registry. I get random freezes, my windows setting wont open at all and i cant access basically anything that has to do with settings. I will post some of the errors and warnings below, any help would be greatly appreciated.
These are just a few.

is this windows 10 Home or Pro?

2nd & 4th error ties into Local Group Policy, and if you are on Home you don't have access to the editor
this might help, try the 2nd answer as though it says its for server, i found similar answers for win 10 - https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/bbc29dfd-43ce-44bf-9f9e-8d115a4cdf6d/event-1096-registry-policies?forum=winserverGP

(note: GroupPolicy is a hidden folder, you may need to enable hidden folders to navigate to this path)

“SettingSyncHost.exe” is the process that synchronizes your system settings with your other devices so that changing your wallpaper/color on one computer changes all your other computers. It also syncs your Internet Explorer, mail app, OneDrive, Xbox...
You will always have warnings etc in event viewer, even on a working system. The only ones you need to worry about in there are Critical warnings, everything else can be ignored.

I have to go out for a few hours but I will come back and try to fix the settings problem with you then.

yea i know to ignore most but these are new errors and occur everyday. Id really appreciate any help you provide.

do you have any other devices?

5th - do you use raid?
6th - do you have latest drivers for realtek Ethernet on motherboard?
restarts aren't so bad, provided it does restart each time.

Solution

i cant even check if i have pro or home due to not being able to access settings.I dont have any other devices that use microsoft or windows. I do not use raid although i could have the settings wrong in bios and yes i do have the latest drivers. I think what im gonna do is a complete fresh install of windows again and report back. Ill keep you posted, i cant thank you enough for your time and input.
