Lots of issues with my pc please help.

I have been having lots of issues with my system recently. And I can't for the life of me work out what the issue is here.
I've had games crashing, steam crashing, services failing, reports of corrupt windows files and all sorts of issues.
I'm at the end of my tether with it.
My warframe continuously crashes out, one time I had it crash telling me I had ran out of vid ram, and then had an error in event log telling me my driver stopped responding then restarted.
Steam has beenncrashing with fatal dll errors
I've had event log telling me some of my windows files maybe corrupt, I've had services randomly crashing on me.
Is there any chance someone could help me identify issues please, thanks.

That could potentialy be it. But I'd like help figuring out a process of elimination.

I have done a fresh install of windows, and within the first hour had a bsod. First bsod in nearly a year, this came after windows reported a potential memory leak.
So I have removed 4gb unmatched ram as it seems I have only been getting this issues after I installed those.
I tested my gpu/psu on furmark, and my gpu was running flat out maxed, so the psu is drawing enough power it seems.
