There's a small buzzing in my headphones when it's connected to my computer or my monitor. The buzzing isn't that bad when doing most tasks, but in games the buzzing is extremely loud and can even be unbearable.

Solution
If the buzzing was only while you were connected through the monitor I was going to blame it on AC frequency interference (aka RFI/EMI as Faike mentioned), but since it's not just through the monitor...are you using the front ports on your case or the ports directly on the motherboard? If you're using the front ports, switch to the ones on the motherboard; the case ports often aren't shielded properly, if they're shielded at all.

Have you tried different headphones?
It could be that the EMI (electro magnetic interference) caused by lack of shielding and insulation on the motherboard causing it to emit a loud buzz.
You can also try:
Start-->control panel-->hardware and sound-->sound-->speakers/properties-->levels tab and disable the pc beep or as another poster said "My system doesn't have an option for "PC Beep" but I muted "CD Player" and "Microphone" and that did the trick. Thanks!".

Are you plugged into the front or back port of the PC?
Are you using realtek drivers?
Do you have all other audio devices disabled?
http://www.seobook.com/fix-humming-microphone-noise is another solution. Without more information its hard to diagnose.

I have tried different headphones. I just now tried the levels settings, but no effect. I'm plugged into the front port of my PC. I also had the earplugs connected to the monitor where the buzzing was even worse somehow. All other audio devices are disabled. I am using a realtek driver. The link I don't think will work since I don't have a mic connected.
So, maybe it's the interference. Is there a fix for that?

Specs:

GPU: gtx 750 ti
CPU: i7-2600 3.40GHz
RAM: 8,00GB

Disable C1E Enhanced Halt state. Might help. In bios. Have you tried unplugging various USB components to see if any of those were causing the issue?
Sometimes it can be the mouse causing interference.
There are options but they're expensive and it's best to make sure everything is ruled out first.
