Question Loud Cooler Master Hyper 212

Hi everyone, I recently build a pc using the Ryzen 5 3600, but as the temperature were high with the stock cooler, I replaced it with the Cooler Master hyper 212 black.
The temperature then went down but now the problem is that the fan is very loud, in idle and louder when gaming, i tried the fan tuning in the Asus bios, setting a fan curve in the Asus software inside windows, and tried to undervolt the cpu of -0.1V, but the fan noise is still the same.
It’s not a crunchy noise is just the fan that goes like full speed.
Could anyone give me some tips/ advice?

We're going to need a little more information. Pleas list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

include the version for your BIOS on your motherboard, the airflow in your case and your temps for the system when under idle and load. You can use HWMonitor to monitor temps if you're unable to get into BIOS to see those temps.
