Question Loud CPU cooler

My CPU-cooler is really loud, I have the stock from AMD that came with the Ryzen 5 2600x. I want to buy a new CPU-cooler but I don't know which one I should get. I have the Bitfenix ENSO windowed as a case and I have the MSI B450 Tomahawk as the motherboard.

Where are you located, how much can you shell out on an aftermarket cooler and do you intent to overclock on the CPU? If yes, by how much? You could look at the Cryorig H7 cooler as it's popular but that answer can and will change depending on your above answers.
