Loud CPU fan, OC problem or fan settings?

Hi. I had overclocked my CPU with the help of the forum members here. But I wonder if there is something wrong, because it is way too loud while I am gaming. It sometimes even gets very loud when using Chrome. Plus idle temps are around 35.

And can someone check my OC if anything I did something wrong there?

My rig:

i5 3570k @ 4200 mhz
Asrock z77 Extreme 4
OCZ zs750w PSU
2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz Kingston ram
Xigmatek Loki CPU cooler (my case is rather narrow so have this for 92 mm fans)
2x120mm case fans
ASUS GTX 650 Ti Boost DirectCU II (stock)
Cruical M500 SSD

Additional Turbo voltage: +0,004
cpu voltage: offset mode
offset voltage: +0,005

Below are 20 min Prime95 temps: CPU core temps around 70 C.

CPU Fan Settings:
cpu fan 1-2: Target temp:55, Target fan speed 1

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Well you would expect that from an overclocked cpu. If it's too loud then perhaps you may want to find a quieter cpu cooler.

70 degrees is around about (depending on your fan curve) where the fans would go nearly max.
Thanks for the reply. I thought my system could be much quieter with such a mild OC.
But as you suggested it is probably the cooler. Going to try another one.
Thanks again.

You can probably turn down the fans but that would mean higher temps.

Also a larger size cooler will also be much quieter than a smaller cooler. How much room do you have and how much budget?

Ah sorry man. I think I missed your last question. I had measured from fan base to case side and the largest size fan that could fit into my 8-year-old modest Asus Vento case was 92 mm. I can actually afford a good cooler but I know I also have to change my case with a wider one to be able to use a cooler with 120 mm fan. So I think I will live with the noise until I get them.

Thanks.
