[SOLVED] loud Eaton 5E UPS?

Hello, I recently bought an Eaton 5E UPS.
I plugged it and my PC to it and its noise is unbearable in my bedroom. Is it always going to be like that or only during the charging? If it's loud, it's bad. There may be some hum or buzz but "unbearable" sounds wrong. Did you contact their support? If your last UPS was quiet, I'd get the same brand and model range.
