[SOLVED] loud Eaton 5E UPS?

Hello, I recently bought an Eaton 5E UPS.
I plugged it and my PC to it and its noise is unbearable in my bedroom. Is it always going to be like that or only during the charging? In case it's always like that and I must replace it, what UPS from this list https://ksp.co.il/?select=.1116..22...xprice=0&intersect=..&rintersect=&store_real= should I choose that is the cheapest however both can easily hold a high end gaming PC + monitor AND is absolutely quiet like my last UPS?

If it's loud, it's bad. There may be some hum or buzz but "unbearable" sounds wrong. Did you contact their support? If your last UPS was quiet, I'd get the same brand and model range.
