Loud Fan Suggestions?

Hi I recently got a new system https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Syber-C-Elite-300 when I turned it on I found that it was loud. I loud around and found that it was the cpu cooler. Obviously the stock cooler was going to be loud but didn’t think it would be this loud. Is their any suggestions for coolers that would fit in my case and cool my cpu while being quite?

That's not a stock Intel cooler. Its a Zalman. Given the tiny dimensions of the case that's probably the best you can do.

The Syber C Elite 300 comes with either the Intel Stock Cooler or an optional upgrade (Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet CPU Cooler http://www.zalman.com/contents/products/view.html?no=340).

If what you ordered comes with the stock cooler, it will definitely perform worse (both in thermal and noise) than aftermarket CPU coolers.

You can purchase the Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet separately, the dimension of which is 120(L) x 120(W) x 60(H)mm (Review here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/low-profile-heat-sink-mini-itx,review-32826-16.html). You can find a similar low-profile CPU cooler that has approx. the same 60mm height as that one to ensure compatibility in your Syber C Elite 300 case, such as the Cryorig C7 (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Lbhj4D/cryorig-cpu-cooler-c7) or the Noctua NH-L9i (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xxphP6/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhl9i).
