The Syber C Elite 300 comes with either the Intel Stock Cooler or an optional upgrade (Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet CPU Cooler http://www.zalman.com/contents/products/view.html?no=340).

If what you ordered comes with the stock cooler, it will definitely perform worse (both in thermal and noise) than aftermarket CPU coolers.

You can purchase the Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet separately, the dimension of which is 120(L) x 120(W) x 60(H)mm (Review here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/low-profile-heat-sink-mini-itx,review-32826-16.html). However, it's thermal performance is not as great as other available models out there (it's also an old model too that may be out-of-stock already)...

You can find a similar low-profile CPU cooler that has approx. the same 60mm height as that one to ensure compatibility in your Syber C Elite 300 case, such as the Cryorig C7 (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Lbhj4D/cryorig-cpu-cooler-c7) or the Noctua NH-L9i (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xxphP6/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhl9i).
