loud hdd, is this normal?

Another problem with my new pc, not only does my gpu fans not stop spinning at idle, the hdd is also very loud. I made a sound clip of the hdd at idle. https://clyp.it/nohjcats#

Should be fine.

Now if a drive is normally quiet and get loud later on then that isn't a good thing, not the case with yours though.
