I built a desktop pc and i noticed that when im gaming. Tf2. Ever 5 minutes or so i hear something hum faily loud for about 10 seconds. It doesnt really bother me but im wondering if its supposed to do that.

Solution
get cpuid hwmonitor and keep an eye on your cpu temps and see if there is any drastic changes in temps while gaming. The stock cooler can be noisy and If this continues then it would be wise to grab a somewhat better cooler like the 212 evo or the cryorig h7.
I took the side panel off my case. What happens is my cpu fan revs up.
I watch it and its not moving at all and the suddenly it stars spinning like crazy. And then stops
Im using the i5 6500. With the stock cooler.
Is this normal.
Mobo is asrock z170 pro 4 atx
