Upgraded Ram yesterday and after installing I'm getting a loud buzzing while the system boots up and it will continue to do it unless I put the PC to sleep and it will be fine when it wakes.

Went from 2x4gb Crucial Balistix Sport to 2x8gb G Skill Ripjaws X (Blue)

Link to video of noise. Warning, I blow into the mic at 00:58.

Yea, that's what I thought at first too. I looked over all the fans multiple times for anything touching and didn't see anything and like I said once I sleep the computer and wake it the noise is gone.

The way your fans operate on video it sounds as full speed during BIOS operations. If you use any fan controller software it may slow down fans after sleep. Windows (I believe) or motherboard can control fans based on the temperature. Also there are fans in video card if you have one.
