So I wanted to download Norton's second opinion scanner on my MacBook air 2017 (spoiler you can't). I opened it and I was told that it couldn't run on my mac and I was made to click off. A couple of seconds later some loud sound is busting in my ear and I don't know where it came from. (I only had the right one in my ear while the left was next to me). It has happened before twice, once on my phone randomly and once on my iPad after quickly opening Siri and quickly closing it due to miscommunication. Whatever the loud sound was it sure scared the devil out of me. I haven't seen many people with this issue only a guy on Reddit but that post told me no information. What could this be due to? Is it my AirPods or my Mac Air, iPad and phone? Has anybody encountered this before? Any solutions are helpful! Thanks in advance!

Solution
Disconnect your AirPods from every device and then re-pair them. If this doesn't, try using your AirPods until the case AND BOTH of the AirPods COMPLETELY run out of battery. Then, charge them until both the case and the headphones are at 100% then try again. If this doesn't help... please reply to this message.
