So I recently bought a PC from PC specialist, who tested it and everything before shipping, and for a while i've had this bzzzzzing noise coming from it. I either think it might be a loud fan, but I've updated all the drivers and even fine tuned the fans to quiet but still a loud noise, or somethings vibrating in the pc as that's what the noise sounds like. Any advice? Also this is my first RGB PC I've had and was wondering if the colour indicates any potential problems with the PC? cause at the moment it's yellow but when I turn it on it goes white then switches to yellow.

Here are my specs also

sigh it's really annoying not so much when i'm gaming because i ignore it then but when i'm not playing anything it's just there anyway to get rid of it without having to send it back or does it have to be sorted physically rather than electronicly?

Coil whine comes from the card electronics, you need to replace the card to fix it.

If it's an issue with the fan, then the fan has to be replaced or at least looked at or adjusted a bit to make sure it's not touching something.

The system also have a very low quality power supply for the components.
Is the sound coming only when the pc is under stress (gaming, benchmarking, heavy usage?).
You could just stop all case fans (unplug them), your pc wont have problems with no case fans if its not under stress, don't worry.
That is a way to see if its, case fan or the 3 other components (GPU, CPU, PSU).
If the sounds still persist, you can unplug you GPU as well.
If the sound is under load the most reasonable guess is CPU box cooler, if its constant... Case fan which is spinning at max speed.

Take the side of the case off. Get a empty roll of paper towels, put one end up to your ear and move the other end to each part. That is the easiest way to find the sound.

Sounds more like coil whine to me that did put a very low quality power supply in your PC.

i think it's actually coming from the graphics card that's where i hear it the most when i listen to it. My full GPU system is a Zotac Gaming Nvidia RTX 2060 with twin fans if that's any help never heard of zotac before
