Loud PSU when playing games

When I overcloced my gpu all of a sudden my PSU began to have a loud static noise when playing games. Later games froze with a very loud beep sound and had to reset pc. I reset the oc to default settings and now my gpu doesnt reach stock clock speed. My psu: cooler master mwe 500w.
Do i have to buy a new psu?

I’ll try to make this short. So I overclocked my gpu and my screen froze with a buzzing sound. I reverted to factory settings. Since then my PSU gives out some kind of static noise at high gpu loads.
Do I need to get a new PSU?

It is a Cooler Master MWE 500W

The fans on the MWE units tend to be a little louder at higher RPM's.
