I recently built a PC (as in yesterday) and one thing I noticed is the PSU is louder than I would imagine, as in its louder than my GPU fans, case fans, and CPU Cooler fans. When I was breadboarding my setup, the PSU wasn't so loud. I don't understand how finally installing and setting up the motherboard in the chassis, caused it to get louder. This occurred while I had one Chrome window open, with two tabs, Youtube & MOBO Driver page. The CPU temperature ranges from 40-50 C while the Motherboard temperature is from 35-45 C, and touching the PSU, it isn't hot at all so I imagine it's not making the whole PC hot but its just very audible and I don't know if this is normal. This is my first ever non commercial PC so I don't know if this is normal?
