Loud rumbling and Screeching!HELP!

It started last night, after a computer crash in the middle of a tf2 gameplay, First it Froze then I had to shut it down.
I know it's not the harddrive because I recorded it from a site and It's definitely not sound.
My sound is perfect.
But this is what I hear.
After a while, it starts screeching like, A cat scratching the chalk board and fork against ceramic plates.

This is what the rumbling sounds like. Near the end, I stopped recording the sound before it screeched.

My computer is a Toshiba Satellite C55 A5282
Help me out!? Please!

A fan is hitting something. Check the fans on the PSU, CPU and graphics card.

I checked it and cleaned it over and over.
I'm not sure what it's hitting

Check the blades to see if any are loose/move up and down.

They can't move up and down, the blades have a circular ring on the top at the edge,

If they are loose in the hub, when spinning, they will have lift like a helicopter blade and will strike that metal guard, that could be what you are hearing.

Edit - Depends which way they are blowing of course.
