Question Loud static and bass when there's sound ?

So i got a new motherboard off of amazon and connected my headset via 3.5mm (i have used front 3.5mm aswell and it does the same) and i was playing a game when suddenly my headset starts making loud static and bass noise, when i use the same headset on my phone it doesn't do the noise,, ive tried updating drivers and rollback the drivers,, changed settings around,, but nothing seems to work how do i fix this?? Its really annoying and could it be my audio ports that just stopped working??

Did you do a fresh Windows install after fitting new motherboard (you should have) ?
