LOUD WHINING NOISE COMING FROM COMPUTER

HDD is running fine (seagate 320gb sata) & new 500w antec power supply in July. I can hear my computer whine in my living room & pc is next to my bed (Very Annoying!) Anyone know where this noise may be coming from?

Open it and check all the fans.

Probably your mother complaining about the amount of time your spending on it.

Seriously, as c00lit says, checks fans, especially any small fans cooling the motherboard.
