You give absolutely no system specs or any information other than a picture which also tells nothing. The game's graphics in general don't look great, maybe you should just switch to console gaming?

my spec is: nvida geforce 840M
intel i5
4 Gb ram
64 Bit Windows 8
is that enough?

That's a laptop right? With 4gb ram. That's about what I'd expect from a laptop like that. Or are you saying that the game looks the same at low settings as it does at high settings?

With an 840M you're not going to get crystal clear perfection.

If it bothers you that much I suggest you build your own desktop or upgrade to a better laptop.
