Low (<10) fps only in Mortal Kombat X on all settings (i5 7400 & RX 480 8GB)

Hello! I've searched online for a solution to this and tried different "fixes" but none seem to change the fps at all, it stays low under 10 fps with every settings(In game, different DirectX, AMD graphics settings) none seem to have any effect on the issue. Also everything seems slo-mo and the lag is even in the menu.

I've been playing other games fine, like Battlefield 1 i play on 1440p ~Medium settings around ~60 fps i think.

I had a R9 380 3gb before upgrading and played MKX with 1440p and 60fps no problem!

It's really weird like i m thinking i should try reinstalling or changing amd adrenaline driver, but it all seems like a stupid hassle exclusivley for just this one game..

Also i got a 1440p freesync monitor, and i tried turning freesync on/off too.

Win10
i5 7400
8gb ddr4
Asus mb
MSI RX 480 8gb
Corsair CX 550M

So yeah uninstalled all drivers with DDU, and reinstalle with AMD auto-detect, and it works smoothly again strange that it somehow only had an issue with MKX and not any other game so far.
