Hello! I've noticed that in certain games on my newly built rig, I'm getting micro stutters. I thought that I'd check Afterburner for the frametimes and average fps with 0.1 and 1.0 lows and got these numbers. The game was Dead by Daylight, running at 90fps (120fps seems to cause issues, not sure why) on high and ultra. I'm not exactly educated with these types of stats so any help would be appreciated!

I didn't notice that many stutters if any at all during a few matches with these numbers on DBD, however. Only with certain other games.

I've got a 1080p monitor (upgrading to 1440p very soon) with a 5700X3D and a 4070 super along with 32gb RAM.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. If this is a build with recycled parts, we'll be seeing two sets of specs, one for before and one for after.

What driver version are you working with for your GPU?

Apologies! I have edited my original comment/post up top with all those details.

As for the GPU driver that I'm currently using, it is Nvidia's 576.28. The one just before DOOM: The Dark Ages launched. Anything after that and I was experiencing crashes in Destiny 2.

They aren't recycled parts, for context. All bought new. Again, it is only certain games. Older ones, usually. The Dark Ages was smooth and Destiny 2 is also smooth, now that the driver has been rolled back. The AMD chipset drivers are up to date as well.

UPDATE:

Seems that it was a borked GPU driver. Used DDU again and this time, after installing the latest Nvidia driver on Windows 11, it's better now.

Thanks to the guys who replied!
